Operates on an AI infrastructure thesis across 18 stocks in four tiers: AI chips, power, data centers, and supporting plays. Features state persistence via GitHub, Pushover notifications, and a 35-test validation suite. Actively maintained with documented audit sprints and version history.
An AI-driven workflow that ingests facility maintenance reports, classifies and prioritizes them using an LLM grounded in equipment-specific history (RAG), and routes urgent issues to real-time Slack alerts (event-driven, not polled) while maintaining a complete, auditable log of every ticket. Built in n8n with Claude (Haiku) as the reasoning engine. Includes explicit failure handling: malformed AI output routes to a human-review queue instead of silently corrupting the record.
